Yes, once a user selects a subscription for every 1,2,3,6 or 12 months. On the selected month it will be renewed.

We do not accept return or process exchange after purchase unfortunately. We always hope your box is a delight to receive, however, if one of the items is damaged or incorrect please reach out to us and we would be happy to help.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take into account allergies of individuals at this time. As these are so varied - we are unable to meet individual need month in month out and so we will not be able to take these into consideration.
